Chanel FP&A Retail Analyst

- Participate in the financial assessment of boutique opening projects, evaluating financial viability and location relevance, and assist in preparing validation meetings with top management.
- Support the development of Retail Europe activities by analyzing revenue and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Review profit and loss statements by boutique for financial closings, budget planning, and three-year strategic plans.
- Act as the inventory referent for Fragrance & Beauty boutiques in Europe, overseeing procedures and continuous process improvements.
- Serve as the primary contact for retail procedures across Europe, participating in training and supporting boutiques and countries.
- Monitor the performance of the Fragrance & Beauty activity in Europe by preparing and analyzing weekly and monthly reports in collaboration with markets and operational teams.
- Support the transformation of distribution channels to assist the European sales team and country distribution centers.
- Centralize and analyze sell-out data provided by markets.
- Enhance existing Power BI dashboards to improve retail activity management.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management control or as a business analyst in commercial functions.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to maintain a global perspective.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to unite and assert oneself.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; knowledge of TM1 is advantageous.
- Proactive and autonomous with strong leadership capabilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in management control or as a business analyst within commercial functions.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Business Administration.
