1. Develop new makeup formulations in response to briefs from the makeup creation studio and international marketing.
2. Conduct formulation trials, including texture and shade range assessments, and perform associated controls, analyses, and test requests.
3. Analyze feasibility as a formulation expert and coordinate project development with IRD partners and industrial collaborators.
4. Participate in laboratory operations, ensuring quality, safety, hygiene, logistics, and equipment management.
5. Monitor raw material trends and propose new formulation avenues.
6. Conduct studies on identified issues in complexion development, including trial planning, reporting, and presenting results.
7. Propose innovative technical solutions.

1. Diploma in chemistry, cosmetics, or a related field.
2. Over three years of experience in formulation.

1. Strong interest in cosmetic makeup products and laboratory work.
2. Proficiency in manufacturing processes and product sensoriality.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
4. Meticulous attention to detail and precision.

A minimum of three years in formulation development within the cosmetics industry.

Diploma in chemistry, cosmetics, or equivalent.
