- Coordinate the forecasting process for Point of Sale Materials (POSM) across European markets.
- Develop and propose analytical tools to aid strategic decision-making and identify business risks and opportunities.
- Facilitate regular communication with markets and divisions to discuss risks, opportunities, and product availability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting optimizations for business tools and processes.
- Monitor and challenge European forecasts in collaboration with merchandising, supply chain, and market teams.
- Analyze data to ensure demand reliability, evaluate product availability impacts, and measure KPI performance.
- Manage product lifecycle transitions and oversee product discontinuations.
- Participate in the preparation and presentation of monthly S&OP meetings with ad-hoc analyses.
- Adapt processes with the integration of sales history into systems.
- Support social and environmental initiatives within the operations department.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proficiency in Excel and other office tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in the cosmetics industry is advantageous.
No prior experience required, but an analytical profile and interest in the luxury cosmetics industry are beneficial.
Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Opportunity to develop analytical skills and product/market knowledge. Exposure to product launch processes and collaboration with European teams.
