Chanel Flow Management Assistant

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Atelier La Sirène, welcoming internal clients and managing the reception and labeling of garments from boutiques and B2B channels.
- Record orders and photograph items for documentation purposes.
- Identify and implement solutions to streamline the Atelier's operations.
- Facilitate communication with internal clients and boutiques to enhance service delivery.
- Manage the flow of products, including order opening, labeling, and relaying information to the workshop regarding urgencies and priorities.
- Ensure optimal organization and maintenance of stock storage spaces.
- Prepare and oversee the transfer of products between the Atelier and boutiques.
- Reassemble cleaned garment lots and conduct quality control before dispatching to boutiques.
- Promote collaboration by ensuring effective information sharing within the Atelier and with boutiques.
- BTS or Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- Strong interest in luxury industry challenges, communication, client experience, and sustainable development.
- Ability to work in an agile, start-up-like environment with flexibility and autonomy.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Recognized for reliability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion or related industry is preferred.
BTS or Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
