- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Atelier La Sirène, welcoming internal clients and managing the reception and tagging of garments from boutiques and B2B flows.
- Facilitate the smooth operation of the atelier by identifying and implementing solutions to streamline activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal clients and boutiques to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage the flow of products entering and exiting the atelier, including opening orders, tagging, and relaying information regarding priorities and urgencies.
- Optimize stock storage and maintain organization within the atelier.
- Prepare and oversee product transfers between the atelier and boutiques, ensuring quality control before dispatch.
- Promote collaboration by ensuring information sharing within the atelier and with boutiques.
- BTS or Bac +3 degree in management, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent.
- Strong interest in luxury industry challenges, communication, customer experience, and sustainability.
- Ability to work in an agile, start-up-like environment with flexibility and autonomy.
- Proactive in embracing change and innovation.
- Recognized for reliability, thoroughness, curiosity, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel.
Experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
BTS or Bac +3 in management, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent.
