Flow Management Assistant

1. Serve as the main point of contact for the Atelier, welcoming internal clients and managing the reception and labeling of garments.
2. Record orders and take photographs of incoming items.
3. Develop solutions to streamline the Atelier's activities.
4. Communicate effectively with internal clients and boutiques.
5. Manage product flow, including order opening, labeling, and relaying information to the Atelier.
6. Ensure proper organization and optimization of stock storage space.
7. Prepare and track product transfers between the Atelier and the boutique.
8. Reassemble cleaned garment lots and send them to the boutique after quality control.
9. Facilitate collaboration by sharing information within the Atelier and with the boutique.

1. BTS or Bac +3 in management, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent.
2. Strong interest in luxury, communication, customer experience, and sustainable development.

5. Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel.

Experience in a similar role within the luxury industry is preferred.
