1. Oversee the sales of current shoe collections.
2. Manage and continuously optimize sales processes for both local and international clientele.
3. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines.

1. Successful completion of relevant education or training.
2. Relevant experience in a similar role.

1. Enthusiasm for service, consulting, and sales in a department store setting.
2. Interest in active team success.
3. Digital proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
4. Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Relevant experience in sales management or a similar role is required.
