1. Manage daily operations and accounting of supplier invoices related to fixed assets using Basware.
2. Ensure coherence between capital expenditures (capex) and operational expenditures (opex), guaranteeing compliance with accounting standards for fixed assets.
3. Record commissioning and decommissioning reports and integrate them into SAP.
4. Verify and reconcile orders within internal systems.
5. Process supplier advance payments.
6. Participate in monthly closings: record provisions, calculate exceptions, and analyze ongoing fixed assets.
7. Contribute to quarterly closings: handle IFRS, deferred taxes, and prepare analytical review files.
8. Assist in annual closings: prepare tax packages and documentation for auditors.
9. Oversee fiscal responsibilities: daily monitoring, communication with tax authorities, preparation and submission of declarations, calculation, payment, and accounting of various taxes.
10. Prepare forecast files related to taxes and IFRS for Q1F, Q3F, and BU.
11. Supervise an intern and manage process improvement initiatives.

1. Advanced degree (Bac +2/3) in Accounting (e.g., DCG)

1. Proficiency in office software and SAP
2. Strong interpersonal skills
3. Dynamic and organized
4. Fluency in English is advantageous

Previous experience in general accounting, ideally with fixed assets accounting.
