1. Record invoices for multiple entities within the group.
2. Ensure daily follow-up with investment managers regarding invoice accounting.
3. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve potential disputes such as receipt issues or price discrepancies.
4. Report weekly to the Fixed Assets Accountant to provide visibility on invoice accounting progress.
5. Perform occasional administrative tasks, including preparing specific Excel spreadsheets.
6. Ensure compliance with tax regulations related to fixed asset invoices and determine appropriate accounting treatment.
7. Utilize SAP (MM, FI & IM modules) and Basware for accounting processes.
8. Work closely with investment managers and team members.
