Financial Planning Manager

1. Provide financial insights and analysis to identify growth opportunities, cost optimization, and improve operational efficiency.
2. Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to track company performance against targets and objectives.
3. Interact with various stakeholders, including cross-functional commercial teams, senior executives, and regional teams.
4. Manage the preparation of financial planning reports for Fashion, Watches, and Fine Jewelry divisions.
5. Oversee and review the planning of all expenses in the divisions' income statements.
6. Conduct a consolidated review of the divisions' income statements during each update and budget reporting period.
7. Supervise and review qualitative analysis of expense budgets to identify and assess risks or opportunities.
8. Prepare presentations to analyze and summarize activities for key fiscal year moments.
9. Perform ad hoc analyses and tasks as needed.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during each budget cycle.
11. Contribute to year-end inventory for boutiques.
12. Define standard operating procedures for boutiques.
13. Work closely with the merchandising team to review budgets and collection purchases.
14. Participate in various division projects.

1. 5 years of experience or more, preferably with a CPA designation.
2. Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Advanced knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
3. High level of accuracy and precision.
4. Strong financial planning and analytical skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
6. Creativity and motivation, with a positive attitude.

5 years of experience or more, preferably with a CPA designation.
