Chanel Financial Planning Manager

- Provide financial insights and analyses to identify growth opportunities, cost optimization, and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to track company performance against targets and objectives.
- Interact with various stakeholders, including cross-functional commercial teams, senior executives such as the CEO and CFO, and regional teams in the UK.
- Manage the preparation of financial planning reports for Fashion, Watches, and Fine Jewelry divisions, including income statements, reconciliations, and sales reports.
- Oversee and review the planning of all expenses in the income statement of the divisions, including cost of sales, advertising, promotion, and administrative expenses.
- Conduct consolidated reviews of the income statement for Fashion, Watches, and Fine Jewelry divisions during each update and budget reporting period.
- Supervise and review qualitative analysis of expense budgets to identify and assess any risks or opportunities through YTD-YTG reports and discussions with business partners.
- Prepare presentations to analyze and summarize Fashion, Watches, and Fine Jewelry activities at key points in the fiscal year, collaborating directly with the management team to create high-level presentations for budget cycles and medium-term plans.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and tasks as needed.
- Summarize and highlight key findings from all analyses for senior management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during each budget cycle, contributing to budget management, forecasting, and month-end processes.
- Contribute to year-end inventory for Boutiques.
- Define standard operating procedures for Boutiques.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to review budgets and purchases of collections (OTB).
- Participate in various division projects.
- 5+ years of experience, preferably with CPA designation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
- High level of accuracy and precision.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and exceptional analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Creativity, motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, for interaction with teams outside Quebec and internationally.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, preferably with a CPA designation.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
