1. Provide financial insights and analyses to identify growth opportunities, cost optimization, and improve operational efficiency.
2. Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to track company performance against targets and objectives.
3. Interact with various stakeholders, including cross-functional commercial teams, senior executives such as the CEO and CFO, and regional teams in the UK.
4. Manage the preparation of financial planning reports for Fashion, Watches, and Fine Jewelry divisions, including income statements, reconciliations, and sales reports.
5. Oversee and review the planning of all expenses in the income statement of the divisions, including cost of sales, advertising, promotion, and administrative expenses.
6. Conduct consolidated reviews of the income statement for Fashion, Watches, and Fine Jewelry divisions during each update and budget reporting period.
7. Supervise and review qualitative analysis of expense budgets to identify and assess any risks or opportunities through YTD-YTG reports and discussions with business partners.
8. Prepare presentations to analyze and summarize Fashion, Watches, and Fine Jewelry activities at key points in the fiscal year, collaborating directly with the management team to create high-level presentations for budget cycles and medium-term plans.
9. Perform ad hoc analyses and tasks as needed.
10. Summarize and highlight key findings from all analyses for senior management review.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during each budget cycle, contributing to budget management, forecasting, and month-end processes.
12. Contribute to year-end inventory for Boutiques.
13. Define standard operating procedures for Boutiques.
14. Work closely with the merchandising team to review budgets and purchases of collections (OTB).
15. Participate in various division projects.

1. 5+ years of experience, preferably with CPA designation.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Advanced knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
4. High level of accuracy and precision.
5. Strong knowledge of financial planning and exceptional analytical skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
7. Creativity, motivation, and a positive attitude.
8. Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, for interaction with teams outside Quebec and internationally.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, preferably with a CPA designation.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
