Responsibilities
- Provide financial insights and analysis to identify growth opportunities, cost optimization, and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to track company performance against targets and objectives.
- Interact with various stakeholders, including cross-functional commercial teams, senior executives, and regional teams.
- Manage the preparation of financial planning reports for Fashion, Watches, and Fine Jewelry divisions.
- Oversee and review the planning of all expenses in the divisions' income statements.
- Conduct a consolidated review of the divisions' income statements during each update and budget reporting period.
- Supervise and review qualitative analysis of expense budgets to identify and assess risks or opportunities.
- Prepare presentations to analyze and summarize activities for key fiscal year moments.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during each budget cycle.
- Contribute to year-end inventory for boutiques.
- Define standard operating procedures for boutiques.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to review budgets and collection purchases.
- Participate in various division projects.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience or more, preferably with a CPA designation.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
- High level of accuracy and precision.
- Strong financial planning and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Creativity and motivation, with a positive attitude.
Experience Requirements
5 years of experience or more, preferably with a CPA designation.
