Chanel Financial Controller - Stock and Margins

- Analyze and manage product costs in collaboration with operations and finance teams, focusing on materials, labor, and machinery.
- Monitor discrepancies between standard and actual costs.
- Track market trends and raw material costs to anticipate impacts on margins.
- Analyze product margins by product, product line, and market to identify improvement opportunities.
- Examine stock valuation and manage stock rotation and obsolescence provisions.
- Support markets in managing their P&L and organize inventories in France and Switzerland.
- Oversee cash management related to product purchasing and sales for the division.
- Participate in budget preparation and revisions, working closely with operational teams.
- Monitor team expenditures and provide daily budget management support for business projects.
- Produce monthly expenditure analyses and distribute monthly charge reports to operations.
- Manage quarterly financial closings and conduct strategic and financial studies and analyses.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in industrial financial control.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Strong skills in accounting, financial analysis, and financial control.
- Project management and process optimization skills.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and collaboration abilities.
- Meticulousness, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
5 to 7 years of experience in industrial financial control is required.
Master's degree required.
