1. Analyze and manage product costs in collaboration with operations and finance teams, focusing on materials, labor, and machinery.
2. Monitor discrepancies between standard and actual costs.
3. Track market trends and raw material costs to anticipate impacts on margins.
4. Analyze product margins by product, product line, and market to identify improvement opportunities.
5. Examine stock valuation and manage stock rotation and obsolescence provisions.
6. Support markets in managing their P&L and organize inventories in France and Switzerland.
7. Oversee cash management related to product purchasing and sales for the division.
8. Participate in budget preparation and revisions, working closely with operational teams.
9. Monitor team expenditures and provide daily budget management support for business projects.
10. Produce monthly expenditure analyses and distribute monthly charge reports to operations.
11. Manage quarterly financial closings and conduct strategic and financial studies and analyses.

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in industrial financial control.

1. Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), Power BI, and ERP systems.
2. Strong skills in accounting, financial analysis, and financial control.
3. Project management and process optimization skills.
4. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and collaboration abilities.
5. Meticulousness, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
6. Fluency in English.

5 to 7 years of experience in industrial financial control is required.

Master's degree required.
