1. Analyze and manage CSR reporting and ESG data.
2. Support the CSR lead in France in structuring and improving CSR reporting.
3. Develop a comprehensive ESG reporting roadmap compliant with internal and external regulations.
4. Coordinate with various stakeholders in the French market to ensure timely data submission.
5. Analyze and verify the consistency of collected information.
6. Implement corrective actions to resolve data issues and ensure quality.
7. Consolidate information and report to Finance Europe.
8. Participate in the deployment of new reporting tools and ESG performance measurement.
9. Engage in CSR governance in France.
10. Support operational partners in managing boutique maintenance costs.
11. Develop and monitor maintenance budgets in collaboration with store planning and financial control.
12. Prepare service and asset disposal reports.
13. Analyze discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
14. Prepare business performance summary documents for each budget cycle.
15. Prepare monthly qualitative reports for HR teams.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/+5) in a relevant field.
2. At least 5 years of significant experience in a financial environment.
3. Excellent English proficiency.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Ability to work autonomously and propose solutions.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under multiple deadlines.
4. Proficiency in Excel.
5. Knowledge of PowerBI and financial systems (SAP, AX, Essbase, HFM, TM1) is a plus.

At least 5 years of significant experience in a financial environment, preferably within a company or consultancy.

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/+5) in a relevant field.
