Chanel Financial Controller - CSR, Maintenance & Consolidation

- Lead the analysis and management of CSR reporting, focusing on ESG data and actions.
- Collaborate with the CSR lead in France to enhance and animate CSR reporting across Fashion, Watches & Jewelry, and Fragrance & Beauty divisions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive ESG reporting roadmap in compliance with internal and external regulations, including CSRD.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders within the France Market to ensure timely data submission.
- Analyze and verify the consistency of collected information, implementing corrective actions to resolve data issues and ensure quality.
- Consolidate information and report to Finance Europe, including TVT Data collection.
- Participate in the configuration and deployment of new ESG performance measurement tools.
- Support CSR governance in France and track various actions within the Market with Business teams.
- Act as a key liaison with Finance Europe, preparing and presenting the France dashboard to Management and Steering Committees.
- Support operational partners in charge of boutique maintenance across three activities to manage costs.
- Develop maintenance budgets and forecasts in OPEX and CAPEX, collaborating with store planning and financial control managers.
- Implement and monitor budgets in systems, including creating OTPs, processing orders, and receiving CAPEX and OPEX.
- Prepare commissioning and decommissioning reports for fixed assets.
- Analyze variances and propose corrective actions.
- Establish performance tracking indicators and automate tools.
- Prepare business performance summary documents in coordination with Financial Control Managers for each budget cycle.
- Prepare monthly qualitative reports and analyses for CSE for HR teams.
- Provide occasional support to Financial Control Managers during budget phases.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in a financial environment, either in a corporate or consultancy setting.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of PowerBI and financial systems (SAP / AX, Essbase, HFM, TM1) is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and propose innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of the luxury or retail sector is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in a financial setting, preferably within a corporate or consultancy environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
