1. Lead the analysis and management of CSR reporting, focusing on ESG data and actions.
2. Collaborate with the CSR lead in France to enhance and animate CSR reporting across Fashion, Watches & Jewelry, and Fragrance & Beauty divisions.
3. Develop and implement a comprehensive ESG reporting roadmap in compliance with internal and external regulations, including CSRD.
4. Coordinate with various stakeholders within the France Market to ensure timely data submission.
5. Analyze and verify the consistency of collected information, implementing corrective actions to resolve data issues and ensure quality.
6. Consolidate information and report to Finance Europe, including TVT Data collection.
7. Participate in the configuration and deployment of new ESG performance measurement tools.
8. Support CSR governance in France and track various actions within the Market with Business teams.
9. Act as a key liaison with Finance Europe, preparing and presenting the France dashboard to Management and Steering Committees.
10. Support operational partners in charge of boutique maintenance across three activities to manage costs.
11. Develop maintenance budgets and forecasts in OPEX and CAPEX, collaborating with store planning and financial control managers.
12. Implement and monitor budgets in systems, including creating OTPs, processing orders, and receiving CAPEX and OPEX.
13. Prepare commissioning and decommissioning reports for fixed assets.
14. Analyze variances and propose corrective actions.
15. Establish performance tracking indicators and automate tools.
16. Prepare business performance summary documents in coordination with Financial Control Managers for each budget cycle.
17. Prepare monthly qualitative reports and analyses for CSE for HR teams.
18. Provide occasional support to Financial Control Managers during budget phases.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in a financial environment, either in a corporate or consultancy setting.

1. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of PowerBI and financial systems (SAP / AX, Essbase, HFM, TM1) is advantageous.
2. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to work autonomously and propose innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
5. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of the luxury or retail sector is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in a financial setting, preferably within a corporate or consultancy environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
