1. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the European Fashion business.
2. Develop and enhance reporting and analysis tools in line with business changes.
3. Challenge key performance indicators and propose improvements.
4. Produce ad hoc analyses for business understanding.
5. Prepare strategic presentations for top management.
6. Ensure quality financial information is reported on time.
7. Participate in budget preparation and revisions with Media and Marketing teams.
8. Control budget data entries from European markets.
9. Create financial reporting tool reports.
10. Track expenses and communicate progress to operational and financial directors.
11. Develop effective business partnerships with corporate and local financial teams.
12. Participate in quarterly and semi-annual closures.
13. Engage in Finance of the Future projects.
14. Act as EBI Champion within the European Fashion Finance team.
15. Participate in annual store inventories.
16. Manage financial flows for Eyewear between Fashion division and markets.
17. Supervise and develop a business analysis intern.
18. Assist in recruitment processes.

1. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Fluency in French and English (written and oral).

5. Advanced Excel skills.
6. Proficiency in PowerBI and BI tools.
7. Database management skills.

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related field.
