1. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business performance for Fashion Europe.
2. Develop and enhance reporting and analysis frameworks in line with business evolution.
3. Challenge and propose improvements to key performance indicators.
4. Produce ad hoc analyses for comprehensive business understanding.
5. Actively participate in the preparation of strategic presentations for top management, ensuring clarity and creativity in key messaging.
6. Ensure accurate financial information is reported within deadlines, particularly for Retail and Wholesale revenue closures.
7. Collaborate in budget preparation and revisions with Media and Marketing teams.
8. Control budget data entries from European markets in the financial reporting tool, challenging assumptions as necessary.
9. Create reports using the financial reporting tool and track expenditure progress with operational and financial departments.
10. Develop effective business partnerships and communication with Corporate teams, local financial teams, and operational teams to share best practices for budgeting and closure exercises.
11. Participate in quarterly and semi-annual closures.
12. Engage in Finance of the Future projects and serve as EBI Champion within the Fashion Europe Finance team.
13. Lead the collection and prioritization of needs for activity monitoring and reporting, collaborating with the Fashion Europe Consolidation team on transformation projects.
14. Provide recommendations and participate in discussions on report automation, data harmonization, and reliability requirements.
15. Challenge and evolve existing processes and procedures.
16. Participate in annual store inventories to ensure procedural compliance and support local teams in improving results.
17. Act as a key financial interlocutor for one of the six Fashion Europe zones, supporting P&L management and strategic project simulations.
18. Manage financial flows for Eyewear between the Fashion division and markets.
19. Supervise and develop a Business Analysis intern.
20. Collaborate with Sales & Margin Manager and HR department on recruitment processes.

1. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
2. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

3. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
4. Experience with business intelligence tools and database management.

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
