1. Support operational directors in implementing new processes and analyses.
2. Provide operational teams with relevant management tools and insightful recommendations.
3. Co-construct business plans with innovation teams for executive committee presentations.
4. Manage relationships with directors autonomously.
5. Contribute to financial cycle tasks, including budget and forecast translation into P&L impacts.
6. Oversee closure activities, ensuring quality and adherence to accounting standards.
7. Prepare presentation materials for governance bodies.
8. Ensure compliance with management procedures across operational flows.
9. Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement projects.
10. Drive innovation in finance through RPA and AI integration.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Audit, Transaction Services, Restructuring, or Financial Control in large enterprises.

3. Strong analytical and data management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Information Systems.
6. Fluency in written and spoken English.

3 to 5 years in Finance within complex and dynamic environments.
