1. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and maintain the quality of local financial books.
2. Oversee compliance with local, regional, and global financial regulations and submissions.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations to ensure statutory compliance.
4. Manage accounting and financial control activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
5. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to meet statutory requirements.
6. Foster a collaborative team dynamic within the local finance team and with stakeholders.
7. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency in accounting processes.
8. Serve as the main contact for local tax matters and coordinate with tax authorities and consultants.
9. Act as the primary liaison with banks and merchants for operational support.
10. Lead and manage the local Finance Business Services team and drive financial health projects.

1. University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent.

1. Strong business acumen and understanding of ERP systems.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong interpersonal effectiveness and customer service orientation.

Minimum of 12 years of experience in accounting operations and corporate finance, including 5 years in a managerial role. Experience with Big 4 audit firms is advantageous.

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
