Chanel Finance Systems Project Manager

- Lead cross-functional projects related to financial systems and processes, supporting the transformation initiatives of the Finance Department from planning to deployment.
- Contribute to the strategic evolution of the Finance Information System in alignment with the specific challenges of the fashion sector.
- Provide close functional support and ensure the integration of functional requirements into the application ecosystem.
- Coordinate between internal stakeholders (Finance, Corporate, IT) and external partners.
- Act as a functional expert on TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics; manage updates, provide support, incident tracking, and user training.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes (budgeting, closures, reporting).
- Identify digitalization and automation opportunities through robotics and Data Science with the Business Service Platform teams.
- Participate actively in project governance and regular exchanges with IT teams.
- Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5 in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in Finance IT project management within dynamic and complex environments such as fashion, retail, or industry.
- Strong understanding of financial processes: budgeting, closures, reporting.
- Proficiency in TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and independence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, and synthesis capability.
- Proficiency in communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong sensitivity to change management and digital tool adoption.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 5 years in managing Finance IT projects in dynamic and complex environments, such as fashion, retail, or industry.
Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5 in engineering, business, or a related field.
