1. Oversee cross-functional financial projects from conception to implementation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and objectives.
2. Coordinate and unify internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, Management Control, Corporate Europe, Global, IT, and consultants.
3. Contribute to the development and operational deployment of the Finance roadmap, applying project management standards and best practices.
4. Identify and implement process optimization levers, particularly through automation and robotic solutions.
5. Provide critical insights, propose innovative solutions, and proactively manage risks.
6. Formulate clear and structured recommendations to inform decision-making.
7. Produce high-quality deliverables tailored to various governance bodies, ensuring timely delivery.
8. Lead project teams, fostering individual engagement, skill development, and collective dynamics.
