Chanel Finance Project Coordinator

- Coordinate centralized order management for store and non-store projects across Europe, including data entry in COUPA or AX for various countries.
- Monitor and manage invoicing processes, utilizing Power BI for data extraction and analysis to ensure accurate budget consumption.
- Conduct budgetary analyses and financial control, including project parameter setup, finance report preparation, and cash flow forecasting.
- Assist in quarterly closures by determining provisions and analyzing investment lines.
- Collaborate with European maintenance teams and market controllers to track costs and construct budgets.
- Communicate budget cycle assumptions to European markets.
- Ensure compliance with validation strategies across COUPA, AX, and Basware systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on file automation.
- Support French market-specific investment tracking, including drafting service, exit, and transfer reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Initial experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial control.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, AX, and COUPA.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of one year of relevant experience in finance or accounting within a corporate setting.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
