1. Lead financial aspects related to responsible transformation and quality.
2. Support the Responsible Transformation & Quality Directorate in financial strategy implementation.
3. Provide financial analyses, modeling, and opportunity scenarios.
4. Draft investment notes and business cases for top management.
5. Coordinate resources for new projects from responsible transformation.
6. Supervise budget cycles and monthly closures.
7. Consolidate and analyze financial impacts of the transformation plan.
8. Prepare and present financial reports to governance bodies.
9. Contribute to the evolution of financial processes and tools.
10. Manage and develop two financial controllers.

1. 15 years of experience in finance within complex environments.
2. Experience in Corporate Finance (M&A, Private Equity, Business Modeling).
3. Proactive, structured, and autonomous.
4. Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Basware, HFM, AX, BI, etc.).
6. Excellent written and spoken English.
