1. Lead financial strategy and modeling for the Responsible Transformation & Quality division.
2. Provide strategic financial analyses, modeling, and opportunity scenarios.
3. Draft investment notes and business cases for presentation to top management.
4. Coordinate financial aspects of new projects in responsible transformation, ensuring operational and corporate resource alignment.
5. Oversee budget cycles and monthly closures, managing forecasts and analyzing financial variances.
6. Consolidate and analyze financial impacts of the transformation plan across the value chain.
7. Prepare and present financial reports to governance bodies and support decision-making for budgetary exercises and quarterly closures.
8. Contribute to the evolution of financial processes, reporting, and tools to enhance efficiency.
9. Manage and develop a team of two financial controllers.

1. 15 years of experience in finance within complex environments, ideally with exposure to Corporate Finance (M&A, Private Equity, Business Modeling).
2. Demonstrated strategic vision and agility.
3. Structured, autonomous, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.

1. Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Ability to navigate various financial systems (SAP, Basware, HFM, AX, BI, etc.).
3. Excellent written and spoken English.

15 years of experience in finance, with a focus on strategic and corporate finance roles.
