Chanel Finance Manager - Fashion Division

- Serve as a business partner and challenger to the Fashion Division Steering Committee in France.
- Actively participate in Fashion Committees and other operational bodies to define and implement market strategies.
- Support operational teams in financial simulations for strategic projects, including store openings and renovations.
- Ensure alignment of OTB/collection purchases with budgetary objectives, participating in OTB meetings with Retail France and Merchandising Europe teams.
- Supervise and control sales and expenditure reports for Retail teams, identifying risks and opportunities, and proposing corrective actions.
- Participate in Fashion inventories, ensuring proper coordination with the Internal Control Manager for France.
- Lead the Budget, Reforecast, and Closing processes for the Fashion Division in France.
- Oversee and challenge the construction of the Fashion P&L in Budget and Revised formats to ensure profitability aligns with market strategy.
- Develop a deep understanding of margin and leverage points in collaboration with the European Finance team.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly financial closings, ensuring the quality and timeliness of financial information.
- Maintain effective communication with European Fashion and Corporate teams, including Accounting and Consolidation.
- Contribute to the preparation of budget presentations for Top Management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of significant financial experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and financial systems such as SAP, AX, Essbase, HFM, TM1.
- Excellent command of English.
- Ability to work autonomously and propose solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and managerial skills.
A minimum of 8 to 10 years in a financial environment, preferably within a corporate or consultancy setting.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
