Chanel Finance Controlling Manager

- Drive the development of monthly and quarterly forecasts, budgets, and multi-year plans, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Conduct budget monitoring and variance analysis, providing reliable business dashboards and performance insights.
- Support regular management business reviews, ensuring financial and qualitative KPIs are achieved.
- Deliver analysis on business opportunities, offering strategic options and scenarios for decision-making.
- Monitor external macroeconomic factors and competitors, recommending strategic actions.
- Ensure accurate transformation of local financial statements to IFRS standards within deadlines.
- Manage the accounting team in Poland and Czech Republic, developing local accounting policies.
- Ensure compliance with finance policies and implement optimal tax strategies.
- Integrate risk management controls and compliance reviews within financial functions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and evolve financial tools and systems.
- Align financial performance with sustainability objectives, embedding metrics into planning and reporting.
- Review capital expenditure projects, providing benchmarks and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and presentations for new business initiatives.
- University degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting, financial planning, and analysis concepts.
- Strong background in Accounting, Tax & Controlling, and Budget Analysis.
- Experience with finance systems and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage complexity and ambiguity.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, including 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry within a multinational company.
University degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
