1. Prepare weekly and monthly sales tracking reports based on distribution networks and product categories for the French market.
2. Monitor and report monthly expenses, including promotional costs, boutique expenses, and head office operational costs.
3. Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring follow-up with operational teams.
4. Analyze and understand the impact of various cost items on the Profit and Loss statement.
5. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely production of financial reports.
6. Actively participate in budget preparation for sales, promotions, boutique expenses, and general administrative costs.
7. Produce necessary analyses for each distribution network and product category.
8. Contribute to the creation of budget presentation materials for senior management.
9. Manage monthly and quarterly accounting closures, calculating and tracking provisions.
10. Liaise with accounting teams and draft memos for auditors.
11. Support operational teams daily, ensuring adherence to financial management principles.
12. Participate in annual inventory processes in collaboration with the internal control team.
13. Optimize existing reports and propose improvements for modernization and automation initiatives.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in financial control within a company or consultancy.

4. Initiative and business-oriented mindset.
5. Proficiency in information systems and standard office software.
6. Fluency in French.

A minimum of one year of experience in financial control or a related field is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
