Chanel Finance Consolidation Manager

- Consolidate business and financial information for the Fashion, Watches & Jewelry, and Fragrance & Beauty divisions within the French and Monaco markets.
- Prepare business performance summaries, coordinating with division controllers for budget cycles and monthly forecasts.
- Develop and disseminate qualitative analyses to the CFO and France Management Committee.
- Prepare consolidated P&L statements and propose enhancements for budget presentations to top management.
- Validate monthly reports for CSE, intended for HR teams in France and Europe.
- Manage corporate activity reporting, including workforce, FTE, and payroll, in close collaboration with the HR France - Compensation & Benefits team.
- Oversee media reporting in partnership with the Media Director France and media agency, adhering to budgetary and strategic guidelines.
- Ensure reporting of corporate costs (IT, HR, Finance, General Management, Security) and maintenance of three activities, conducting monthly and quarterly financial closings.
- Lead cross-functional projects, such as integrating indirect procurement management systems.
- Supervise the deployment and enhancement of CSR reporting, orchestrate data collection campaigns, and ensure information quality and consistency.
- Coordinate market actions with the dedicated controller, adapt KPIs to new challenges, and play a key role in implementing CSRD directives.
- Propose automation solutions for financial reports and actively participate in discussions on the future of finance in France.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial environment within a company or consultancy.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Expertise in Excel and financial information systems (SAP, PowerBI, AX, Essbase, HFM, TM1).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.
- Sensitivity to luxury and retail sectors and CSR issues.
A minimum of 10 years in a financial environment, either in a corporate setting or consultancy, is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
