- Serve as the primary contact for subsidiaries and operational teams regarding pricing, maintaining regular communication with the IT and division teams for price monitoring.
- Determine parameters such as exchange rates and indices for price changes, reconcile data, and communicate updated prices to relevant subsidiaries.
- Participate in the execution of annual regional stock inventories, including finished products, promotional materials, service workshop, and press items.
- Assist in stock management tasks, including stock movements, destruction tracking, and obsolescence calculation.
- Contribute to the reconciliation of stocks and the consolidation of rolling inventories in boutiques during closures.
- Engage in the implementation of a new sales projection tool for subsidiaries and act as the main contact for markets regarding this tool.
- Participate in the automation and optimization of the obsolescence calculation process based on newly defined division rules.
- Support the team throughout the year in executing closure and budget missions, optimizing existing processes, and proposing improvements based on business needs.
- Enrollment in a top-tier business or engineering school.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in financial control.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong aptitude for information systems.
- Recognized for rigor, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Curiosity and engagement in all undertaken tasks.
