1. Manage the file containing rates for models, photographers, etc.
2. Archive objects used during film shoots
3. Prepare product kits necessary for makeup and skincare tutorial shoots
4. Archive outfits used during photo shoots
5. Maintain the campaign release tracking document
6. Update the tracking file necessary for the team
7. Create a summary document of pieces used for the Watch and Jewelry department
8. Participate in team meetings
9. Assist in the preparation and inventory of products used during shoots
10. Ensure proper tracking of post-production files
11. Participate in the verification of files related to makeup and skincare tutorials

1. Advanced education in production
2. Recognized for proactivity, rigor, and organizational skills

1. Proficiency in Excel and Adobe software
2. Curiosity and versatility

Experience in a production environment is preferred, showcasing organizational and proactive skills.

Advanced education in production or a related field.
