Chanel Fashion Show Security Project Manager

- Ensure the safety of individuals, property, and the brand's image throughout the event chain.
- Assess security risks related to site, guest profiles, media exposure, and social tensions.
- Manage all security and safety measures for fashion shows and associated events, including preparation, setup, operation, and dismantling.
- Design and implement tailored security and safety plans for each project.
- Select and oversee security service providers and coordinate their activities.
- Liaise with authorities such as police, fire department, and local government.
- Draft operational documents including guidelines, reflex sheets, diagrams, and after-action reviews.
- Lead and brief on-site teams, maintaining a strong presence, including during non-standard hours.
- Monitor the security and safety budget.
- Manage security measures outside of fashion shows under the event security manager's coordination.
- Create security passports and accompany Chanel staff in degraded security zones as needed.
- Proven experience in managing high-level event security (fashion, luxury, institutional, cultural).
- In-depth knowledge of event security measures and current regulations.
- Ability to engage with diverse and demanding stakeholders: creatives, VIPs, executives, service providers, law enforcement.
- Strong adaptability, meticulousness, composure, and diplomacy.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- High availability and personal commitment during critical periods.

Confirmed experience in high-level event security management within the fashion, luxury, or cultural sectors.
Bachelor's to Master's degree in security, safety, risk management, or equivalent experience. Additional training in crisis management, event management, or private security is appreciated.
