Chanel Fashion Show Orchestration Assistant Intern

- Assist in the development of communication and project governance materials, including presentation creation and competitive research.
- Support the centralization of gift and invitation orders across markets and global expertise.
- Centralize text and print tool requirements, draft digital tool texts, and oversee text and mock-up approvals.
- Manage the operational follow-up of gift and invitation deliveries and assets.
- Consolidate content/format needs from global expertise and update the asset list.
- Collect and consolidate qualitative feedback from markets and global teams, formulating key learnings.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a specialization in communication, press, or fashion.
- Recognized for strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills, organizational ability, meticulousness, and dynamism.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer tools.
- Fluency in English.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in communication or fashion is preferred.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
