- Assist sales staff with reservations and management of entrusted items from dispatch to return.

- Oversee after-sales service and alterations, including the creation and tracking of repair records.
- Support sales staff with customer requests and special orders for key accounts.
- Higher education degree (equivalent to Bac +2 to Bac +5).
- Aspiration to become a professional in luxury sales and consulting.
- Strong interest in Chanel, fashion, and embodying the brand's values and codes.
- Sensitivity to multicultural environments, recognized for responsiveness, commercial dynamism, and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a customer service role is preferred.
