1. Welcome and guide clients through an exceptional in-store journey, providing a personalized and warm experience.
2. Offer clients a unique Chanel silhouette tailored to their desires, personality, and morphology, while advising on all product lines.
3. Build and maintain privileged relationships with clients through strong interpersonal and empathetic skills.
4. Develop and maintain the client database to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
5. Act as an ambassador of Chanel's style, fostering clients' desire and dream for the brand through storytelling and extensive brand knowledge.
6. Achieve set objectives and contribute to the implementation of action plans.
7. Utilize stock knowledge to enhance commercial performance.
8. Understand and apply sales procedures, including upselling, and relay client feedback to management for inventory refinement.
