Chanel Fashion Master Data Platform Program Manager

- Define and implement the architecture, tools, and processes for managing fashion master data, focusing on the product repository.
- Conduct audits of existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Define the functional and technical target and transformation trajectory.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of solutions.
- Establish documentation tools and processes related to product data, such as data catalogs and data lineage.
- Collaborate with product, supply chain, retail, and client teams, as well as other Chanel divisions.
- Leverage Data Governance, Data Technologies, Data Factory teams, and external providers to ensure program success.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing complex data projects.
- Proven experience in data governance and master data management, preferably in fashion, luxury, or retail.
- In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, tools, and information system architecture.
- Proficiency in MDM solutions and data platforms.
- Experience in documenting and mapping data flows and processes.
- Proven track record in managing complex and strategic programs, including cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
