1. Oversee local learning activities for Zurich Flagship and seasonal boutiques.
2. Develop expertise of Fashion Advisors to exceed client expectations.
3. Plan and deliver face-to-face and digital training sessions.
4. Adapt training programs to reflect local client needs and lifestyles.
5. Collaborate with Regional Learning Manager and Boutique Manager to nurture employee commitment.
6. Enhance client engagement with tailored learning content and tools.
7. Coordinate and implement learning programs and materials.
8. Prepare and facilitate training sessions for collections and onboarding.
9. Adapt global and regional learning strategies to boutique needs.
10. Gather and communicate feedback to the Regional Fashion Learning team.
11. Define and implement a learning plan in collaboration with Sales Managers.
12. Organize and maintain a learning calendar.
13. Contribute to action plans for continuous improvement of client experience.
14. Deliver learning sessions and promote digital learning tools.
15. Engage boutique expertise to enrich learning sessions.
16. Support integration of new team members and assess training effectiveness.
17. Provide on-the-floor support and organize individual coaching sessions.

1. At least 5 years of experience in the retail environment, preferably in learning and development.
2. Fluency in German and English.
3. High level of trustworthiness, integrity, and ethics.

1. Excellent communication skills in one-on-one and group settings.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Team-oriented with demonstrated team spirit.
4. Decisive and performance-oriented.
5. Skilled with digital tools such as Office Suite and LMS.

A minimum of 5 years in a retail environment with a focus on learning and development is required.
