- Oversee local learning activities for the Zurich Flagship boutique and seasonal boutiques.
- Develop the expertise of Fashion Advisors to exceed client expectations.
- Plan and deliver face-to-face and digital training sessions.
- Adapt training programs to reflect local client needs and the brand's vision.
- Collaborate with the Regional Learning Manager and Boutique Manager to deliver impactful training programs.
- Enhance client engagement through tailored learning content and tools.
- Coordinate and implement learning programs and materials within boutiques.
- Prepare and facilitate training sessions for collections and onboarding.
- Adapt global and regional learning strategies to boutique needs.
- Gather and communicate feedback to the Regional Fashion Learning team.
- Define and implement a learning plan in collaboration with Sales Managers.
- Organize and maintain a learning calendar.
- Contribute to action plans for continuous improvement of client experience.
- Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Promote the use of digital tools for learning.
- Engage boutique expertise to enrich learning sessions.
- Oversee and support the integration of new team members.
- Provide on-the-floor support and organize individual coaching sessions.
- At least 5 years of experience in the retail environment, preferably in learning and development.
- Fluency in German and English.
- High level of trustworthiness, integrity, and ethics.
- Decisive and performance-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills both one-on-one and in groups.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Deep understanding of client experience enhancement.
- Ability to transmit the Chanel Difference.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Office Suite and LMS.
A minimum of 5 years in a retail environment, with a focus on learning and development.
