1. Assist the Events & Experiences Junior Project Manager in orchestrating exceptional experiences for diverse client segments in the Fashion Swiss Markets Region, including Switzerland, Latin America, and India.
2. Facilitate communication between Global and Local market teams.
3. Support targeting and analysis of event impacts both pre- and post-execution.
4. Coordinate logistical details for events, including decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, and guest management.
5. Consolidate post-event feedback to identify successes and areas for improvement.
6. Monitor and report on competitive activities and share insights.
7. Ensure seamless coordination of logistics for client experiences, focusing on invitation management, gifting, and bookings.
8. Compile post-experience feedback to assess impact and drive enhancements.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program at a Business School or University.
2. Previous experience in the luxury sector or event management.

1. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
2. Proficiency in English and French.
3. Ability to respond quickly and reliably to dynamic situations.
4. Interest in the fashion and luxury sectors.

A first successful experience in the luxury sector or in events is required.

Enrollment in a Master's program at a Business School or University.
