- Conduct ongoing needs assessments in partnership with the Group Director to ensure learning solutions align with evolving business needs.
- Design and adapt global and local skill-and-knowledge-based learning solutions for varied levels of expertise.
- Develop and implement a Learning Management System to quantify the reach of learning programs across approximately 1,400 retail employees.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts throughout the Fashion Division to design impactful learning programs.
- Embrace technology and AI to optimize learning content creation and enhance learner retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Adult Education, or Human Resources preferred.
- Certificates in Adult Learning or Instructional Design encouraged.
- 3-4 years of experience in content design, learning, retail, or fashion.
- Proficiency in learning content design and instructional design methodologies.
- Expertise in gathering learner data to measure training impact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Understanding of the luxury retail environment.
3-4 years of experience in content design, learning, retail, or fashion.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Adult Education, or Human Resources preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 to $119,000. Additional variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
