1. Conduct ongoing needs assessments in partnership with the Group Director to ensure learning solutions align with evolving business needs.
2. Design and adapt global and local skill-and-knowledge-based learning solutions for varied levels of expertise.
3. Develop and implement a Learning Management System to quantify the reach of learning programs across approximately 1,400 retail employees.
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts throughout the Fashion Division to design impactful learning programs.
5. Embrace technology and AI to optimize learning content creation and enhance learner retention.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Adult Education, or Human Resources preferred.
2. Certificates in Adult Learning or Instructional Design encouraged.
3. 3-4 years of experience in content design, learning, retail, or fashion.

1. Proficiency in learning content design and instructional design methodologies.
2. Expertise in gathering learner data to measure training impact.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
4. Understanding of the luxury retail environment.

3-4 years of experience in content design, learning, retail, or fashion.

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Adult Education, or Human Resources preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 to $119,000. Additional variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
