1. Develop and implement the local Fashion and WFJ business strategy in alignment with the European strategy.
2. Define and manage the Mid-Term Plan (MTP), budget, and annual sales plans for boutiques.
3. Monitor market trends and competitors to generate business insights.
4. Contribute to the Profit and Loss (P&L) definition and optimize resource allocation.
5. Guide and support office and boutique teams to achieve business objectives.
6. Lead performance management and ensure operational sales procedures with the Finance Department.
7. Represent Türkiye in the Fashion Europe Leadership Team and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
8. Oversee the buying strategy and advise Boutique Managers in their purchasing decisions.
9. Act as a brand ambassador and enhance relationships with landlords, PR, media, and local authorities.
10. Contribute to the clienteling strategy and participate in events for elite clientele.

1. Over 10 years of experience in boutique management within the fashion and luxury industry.
2. Proven track record as a team leader with a focus on people development.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Turkish is advantageous.
