1. Lead the development of new clientele by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
3. Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
4. Demonstrate a proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in watches and jewelry.
2. High School Degree or equivalent.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Strong understanding of client experience and passion for luxury fashion.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, with a preference for expertise in watches and jewelry.

High School Degree or equivalent.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $27.30 to $32.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include bonuses and other incentives.
