1. Provide exceptional client service to enhance client conversion and retention.
2. Develop new customer relationships and convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors.
3. Optimize the client experience with prompt, professional, and courteous service.
4. Build genuine relationships with clients through consistent outreach.
5. Demonstrate a proactive attitude to exceed client expectations.
6. Manage repairs and maintain follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum 3 years of related retail sales and client experience.
2. Luxury retail experience highly preferred.
3. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
4. Minimum High School Diploma.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
3. Passion for client experience and the House of Chanel.
4. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.
5. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Minimum 3 years of related retail sales and client experience, preferably in luxury retail.

Minimum High School Diploma.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation, which may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
