1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.

5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred.
5. Deep passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and social and cultural initiatives.

A minimum of three years in a related role within the luxury fashion or retail industry is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $27.70 to $32.00. Compensation includes additional benefits and perks.
