1. Maximize all sales opportunities while maintaining CHANEL standards.
2. Create strong client relationships and brand loyalty through excellent client service.
3. Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills.
4. Lead the development of new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients.
5. Create a luxurious experience for all clients with prompt, professional, and courteous service.
6. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistent outreach.
7. Offer relevant after-sales care, including information on events and new collections.
8. Participate in and complete any training provided.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience.
2. Self-driven, positive, and independent person.
3. High degree of ethics and obsession with customer service and satisfaction.
4. Fluent in Norwegian and English.

1. Passion for client service and expertise in fashion.
2. Great styling ability and entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team.
