1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.

5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in fashion or luxury retail.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills preferred.
5. Deep passion for the House of Chanel and its product offerings.

At least 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail, with a focus on client service and sales.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $27.70 to $34.00. Compensation includes base salary and may include additional benefits and perks.
