1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.

4. Demonstrate a proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and cultural initiatives.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience is required, preferably in luxury fashion or a similar industry.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $27.00 to $34.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
