- Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
- Optimize the client experience through prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
- Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Strong ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
- Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and social and cultural initiatives.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $27.70 through $33.00.
