1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors.

5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and social initiatives.

A minimum of three years in a related role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $27.30 to $34.20, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
