- Deliver an elevated, bespoke client experience consistent with Chanel’s brand standards; build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive outreach and personalised service.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and strategic upselling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across categories (ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods, beauty) and communicate technical and heritage details with authority.
- Execute merchandising directives and maintain visual standards to present the boutique and product displays at a luxury level.
- Manage client records and activity using the boutique CRM and POS systems; ensure accurate transaction processing and follow-up.
- Coordinate appointments, private viewings and client events in collaboration with the boutique team and management.
- Support stock management, inventory controls and receiving processes while adhering to loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in training, brand initiatives and seasonal campaigns to maintain up-to-date product and service proficiency.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end customer-facing sales, preferably within fashion, leather goods or accessories.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Polished professional presentation and the ability to represent an iconic luxury brand with discretion and cultural sensitivity.
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings, with a client-first approach to scheduling.
- Authorized to work in Switzerland.

Typically 1–3 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or premium consumer sales; prior boutique or flagship store experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or luxury services is advantageous.
