1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.

5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Passion for client experience and service.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Deep understanding and passion for Chanel's history and product offerings.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $27.70 to $30.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other perks.
