1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.

5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and cultural initiatives.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24.00 to $30.36 per hour. Additional compensation may include bonuses and other incentives.
