1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.

4. Demonstrate a proactive attitude to elevate the level of service and exceed client expectations.
5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills preferred.
5. Deep appreciation for the House of Chanel, its history, and product offerings.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role within the luxury fashion or retail industry is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $27.70 to $33.00. Compensation includes base salary, benefits, and additional perks.
