1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
3. Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
4. Demonstrate a proactive attitude to constantly elevate the level of service provided.
5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in fashion or luxury retail.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and social and cultural initiatives.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in fashion or luxury retail is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $27.30 to $34.00. Compensation includes additional benefits and perks.
