1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.

4. Demonstrate a proactive attitude to exceed client expectations and enhance service levels.
5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred.
5. Deep passion for the House of Chanel, its history, and product offerings.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in fashion retail or a similar client-focused environment is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $27.70 to $32.40, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
