1. Lead the development of new clientele by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Provide an exceptional client experience through prompt, professional, and courteous service.

5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in fashion or luxury retail.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Passion for client experience and service.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $27.70 to $31.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
